Central Pipe Brings Online Payments to Epicor Eclipse in Under 4 Weeks
After slow, resource-heavy integrations in the past, Central Pipe connected Dill to Epicor Eclipse with its team doing little more than verifying balances.

The Challenge
Central Pipe, a multi-location PVF (pipe, valves, and fittings) wholesaler with locations in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Louisiana, runs on Epicor Eclipse. Eclipse is widely used in PVF and HVAC distribution and is known for being difficult to integrate with outside systems.
Past integrations at Central Pipe had been slow and had taken substantial internal resources. The company needed a portal that could sync reliably with Eclipse, pulling invoices and customer data and pushing payment records back, without overburdening its team.
Customers set a high bar for the portal as well. PVF contractors and commercial buyers expect it to be easy: if paying online is harder than mailing a check, they will mail the check.
The Solution
Central Pipe adopted Dill’s payment portal, which syncs with Epicor Eclipse. Dill’s team handled nearly all of the integration, and Central Pipe’s team checked that balances matched. Customers can view invoices and pay online by credit card or ACH.
The Results
Went live in under 4 weeks
Completed the easiest integration Central Pipe’s Director of IT has seen since 2014
Limited the internal team’s role to verifying that balances matched
Received fast responses from Dill and quick turnaround on requested tweaks
Gave customers a portal to view invoices and pay online by credit card or ACH, individually or by aging bucket
"Having been involved in almost all our integrations since 2014, I can say Dill was by far the easiest."
Brittni Pittman
Director of IT Central Pipe
Dill Handled Nearly All of the Eclipse Integration
Central Pipe shared its business preferences, and Dill’s team took it from there. “After we shared our business preferences, the Dill team handled nearly all of the integration. We simply verified that balances matched as expected,” says Brittni Pittman.
Pittman adds: “The Dill team understands our ERP Epicor Eclipse more than a lot of other implementations.”
Live in Under 4 Weeks
Going live took weeks, not months. “Implementation was wonderful. The Dill team was extremely helpful. Dill by far was the smoothest and easiest one with our Epicor Eclipse ERP,” says Brittni Pittman.
Fast Support and Quick Tweaks
Central Pipe has asked Dill for adjustments along the way. “Customer support has been exceptional. Every time we’ve reached out to the Dill team, we’ve gotten responses very quickly,” says Brittni Pittman. “Any time we have requested a tweak to match our business preferences, the team has handled it quickly and efficiently.”
Customers Pay Online by Credit Card or ACH
Customers have responded well to the portal. “The feedback has been very positive. Customers appreciate the ability to pay online via credit card or ACH,” says Brittni Pittman. “They particularly like the portal’s functionality, which allows them to view invoices and choose to pay individually or by aging buckets.”
Daniel Townsend, Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Central Pipe, agrees: “Our customers’ experiences have all been positive due to the ease of use and accessibility to invoices and credit.”

Central Pipe is a multi-location PVF (pipe, valves, and fittings) wholesaler and an Affiliated Distributors member, serving PVF contractors and commercial buyers from locations in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
