Star AC Supply is a wholesale distributor of heating and air conditioning equipment, replacement parts, and installation supplies servicing air conditioning contractors across North Texas. The Challenge

Faster Collections: Customers who previously required 2–3 collection calls now pay proactively. "One day after the Dill portal rollout, some of these customers immediately paid," said Leesa.
Revenue Recovered: Star AC Supply has seen customers who were on credit hold begin paying through the Dill portal—and those accounts are now active and buying again.
